Wear It Pink Day at Barrows & Forrester

Barrows & Forrester will be supporting Wear It Pink Day on Friday 23 October 2020 in our offices in Jewellery Quarter (B18 6DH) from 12pm.

Whether this will be your very first wear it pink day or you’ve taken part before, there has never been a more vital time for to raise money for our life-saving breast cancer research and our life-changing care.

Breast cancer awareness is a cause close to Managing Director James Forrester’s heart having had family members affected by breast cancer over the years.

So we’re looking to do our bit and support Wear It Pink day with all money raised will go to support St Mary’s Hospice in Birmingham.

The dedicated expert team offer truly tailored and personalised support across Birmingham and Sandwell – whether it’s in your home, your community, or at the hospice.  They will help you do the things you love with those you care about most.

The hospice’s aim is to help people live well, to help you spend your time how you want to, and to be there for families, carers, and loved ones. They will be with you every step of the way – listening, offering advice, planning, and easing pain – to help you to focus on living and spending time with the people who matter to you.

  • Pink Cupcakes – who doesn’t love cake on a Friday?

Why? Because breast cancer doesn’t stop for anything. People affected by breast cancer need us, but we can’t do it alone. We urgently need your help. If there was ever a time to find that pink top, grab that pink tie or dig out that pink tutu, that time is now.

There are so many ways to wear it pink – from a simple pink bow tie to a fabulous head-to-toe pink unicorn onesie. Wear it pink is a day to do something positive for all those affected by breast cancer, by raising money and having fun while you do it.
